Operating system: Win 10 Home
Graphics card: GTX 1070

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 3.2.1, a2d59b2dac, master, 2022-07-05, as found on the splash screen)

Short description of error
Grid lines showing up when origin is far from mesh but only when bumping out the normals in the shader editor, more testing required. (only happens in cycles regardless of optix/cuda or cpu rendering)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the attached blend file and go to camera view, then switch to viewport shading or render an image. you will notice a grid on the surface of the plane in certain areas. And the grid goes away when origin is set to centre of mesh. Or you disable the bump node in the shader editor. Seems to be a rendering bug.

This is more of a precision issue. Occurs when the object coordinates are too far from origin.
We have some related reports. See:
#74624 (Precision issue with large distances )
#80856 (Cycles ray tracing precision issue with effective coordinates near 0)
#96166 (Insufficient transform precision?)

But in this case, I'm not sure if the problem is in the Bump or Noise node and if it can be worked around or fixed.
