Motion Blur causes visual glitch on point cloud object moving #102505

Short description of error
Point cloud object + Motion Blur + animation. The first frame of animated movement will incorrectly render compared to before and after the animation starts.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Convert Cube to point cloud
Add a location keyframe on frame 2
move the object and add another keyframe on frame 3
Render with motion blur turned on.
Compare the rendered frames.
frame 1 looks correct, frame 2 is too dim even though it is not moving yet.

Note: CPU renders frame 3 incorrectly as well. not sure if this requires another bug report.

I can confirm the problem.
In fact the point clouds in frame 2 (which still haven't moved) have darkened.
And frame 3 renders wrong on the CPU.
