Short description of error
When I try to open preferences or when I try to open autosave files the program crash and close, this happens every time I try. I already tried installing the latest nvidia gpu drivers, installing the latest version of windows, I also tried disabling my antivirus, I already tried installing all the versions of Blender, I don't know what the problem would be. This happend only in my computer, because I tried in another computer with the same blender file and I never found this problem, please help.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to reproduce the error again. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located inC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt(or simply type%TEMP%into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).Hi Omar, thanks for the response, I did everything you said, the crash log is the following text:

Can you open the Python console editor in Blender and type
import bz2? Does this cause a crash as well?Did you download Blender from the official website or throw other mean like the windows store or steam?
I already tried writing import bz2 in the python console and nothing happens, the program does not close, this appears on the lower right side: bpy.ops.text.run_script( )
I downloaded from the official blender website. Do you think it's a problem with my laptop?

Hi, did I understand correctly that you're observing crash whenever floating window is opened (preferences , file browser, etc.)?
Does this happen when you start blender with iGPU?
