When I use multi-frame with falloff on strokes using the scale tool will cause the stroke thickness to be inversely effected, meaning that if I am scaling the lines up the stroke thickness of some frames will shrink. This is completely unexpected and unwanted behavior, and I used to use this technique all the time. It's actually impeding my workflow.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a new stroke, duplicate several frames, select the grease pencil frames, go into multi-frame edit mode, enable falloff of multi-frame mode, scale up the strokes in the end or beginning frame.

If I were to guess I would say that the factor for muti-frame changed but they forgot to change the factor for stroke thickness, so it's scaling the thickness by the falloff using an incorrect factor which causes points at the extremes to be over-scaled. Just my thoughts, I know nothing of what's happening under the hood.
In other words, stroke thickness values that should be multiplied by 1 are being multiplied by values less than one
