GPencil: New operator Select Similar #103694

In order to improve the select operator, this new operator will be able to select base on selected strokes and/or point.

The initial idea for the options are these (this can be changed in the future):

Yes those two are for when the Select Mode is Stroke but the name Grouped is used at object level, that's why we need to change to Select Similar, is more appropriate and consistent with Mesh edit mode

I will rename the operator and will try to add more modes. Anyway, as we are going to change an operator name, we must wait for 3.6, so we have time to polish.

The Select Similar menu should change depending on the Select Mode we are (Point or Stroke)

i checked alternative (shift L ) it work on point only, is it must work on stroke also or it gonna be a feature request ?
