the Track To constraint isn't working as expected in today's nightly master. when applied the camera object moves unexpectedly.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
select camera
add a track to constraint
select cube as target.
camera moves!
pretty sure this was working in the above commit. have confirmed it's fine in 3.4
the camera direction does still move around when you move the cube, so it's still doing something track-y. i can't find a combination of axis settings that will restore the old behaviour.
