Trim difference does not work when extrude mode is set to "fixed" (which is default).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

From startup file, switch to sculpt mode
Select one of trim tools
Make sure that extrude mode is set to "fixed", and try to trim

I can confirm. It does actually trim, but the depth position is offset.
Sometimes when I orbit around the object I notice that it booleaned the difference on the other side where I couldn't see.

Based on #104068 the issue is a bit clearer. The geometry is being placed int he wrong depth.

Seems there are other places near SCULPT_GESTURE_TRIM_ORIENTATION_VIEW that need the same treatment with SCULPT_GESTURE_TRIM_EXTRUDE_PROJECT from 88e9826529.
