Short description of error
It may not be a bug, but what happens is that when making a fill for an outline, the first time the outline is visible while you are making it (which is ideal and what i like), then the second time is completely cover with the fill and then when finish it shows. Here is a link of a "StoryPencil addon" video in the Blender Developers channel.

And another example, is from Blender 3.4.0 but is the same issue.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Make an outline in the "Lines" layer.
Select the "Solid Fill" material and the "Fills" layer and fill part of the outline and you will see that the outline of the "Lines" layer is visible while you are making the fill.
Now do a new fill with out changing anything and you will notice that while you are making the new fill the outline of the "Lines" layer is completely cover. That did not happen in previous versions of Blender.
