Short description of error
The bpy.ops.constraint.apply operator crashes blender when targeting a bone constraint while in object mode. The attached blender file reliably causes the crash. It also seems to crash in pose mode at times, but I've so far been unable to recreate this in a small example file. See also #97640 where a crash relating to the operator being used on objects has seemingly been fixed between 3.1.2 and 3.2

AFAICS this is fixed between 3.5-3.6 (we need to find exact commit for backporting it to 3.3LTS)
