On MacOS - when a Roughness or Metallic map are imported to a texture and come in as sRGB - "Viewport mode" crashes application
When I change them to Non_Color - the app functions and does NOT crash

MacOS Monterey 12.6.2

AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB
here are my files to review
here is one with color and roughness set as non-color - images embedded MAN-30-Non-Color roughness and metallic ON.blend and , this one works fine when I switch to "Viewport Mode" to view the maps
This one I have the images for roughness and metallic set to RGB (as they automatically import) MAN-30-RGB roughness and metallic ON .blend and
This one crashes everytime
Looks same as #104673
Please confirm whether factory reset solves the problem: File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings
