Hello

I need help with this error

( illegal address in CUDA queue copy from device )

blender 3.31 + 3.41 and any other virsion of blrnder

My PC
GTX 1650 4g vram
I5 9th
16g ram

all the driver's updated this month
this happened to me two days ago
the problem only in the cycles render
All my games and any other software work except blender cycles render
im not out of vram
I've rendered a scene in eevee at 4k And nothing happened
But when I tried to render it with cycles the error came out

This is happening to me for the first time I did not find any practical answer
My only chance of getting a job depends on solving this problem
Please someone tell me how to fix it as fast as possible 🙏🥺
I've been out of work for months and I don't want to lose this client

the problem is general in all blender lilies and all blender version
I don't know whey
this has never happened to me before
the file is large 0.122mb the site did not allow me to upload it

If this happens in a smaller files as well (0.122mb should have worked though?), can you share one of them?
And for completeness, please attach Help > Save System Info here

Have you recently made any changes on system side? platform updates, bios, driver updates, etc.?
Did you overclock the GPU?

Hi, all questions are still unanswered :/

Please upload system info file: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/getting_started/help.html?highlight=system%20info#save-system-info
Check if GPU/CPU is overclocked.
Reset GPU settings and see if that solves the issue
upload log files: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/crash.html#crash-log
