Vulkan: Better handling of GPU debug when not having vulkan SDK installed. #105483
Blender libraries only contain a subset of the vulkan SDK. Most important is
that validation layers aren't added. These validation layers will be enabled
when starting blender with
--debug-gpu (or test cases).
In this case there is an error printed to the console. This should not be an
error, but we could add a log line when not found.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
