blender.exe need some changes to be like blender-launcher.exe to solve problem

It seems to me very strongly that this is some kind of Windows setting.
same issue here, though it's not particularly bothersome to me, it can be quite a pain to accidentally close the console, which in turns closes the blend file without any prompt to save beforehand

Maybe OS but blender-launcher.exe working normaly. The problem around is coz normal instalator after instalation doing shortcut to blender.exe so it's stupid fixing always case around. Why not FIX this for W11?
The installer makes shortcuts to blender-launcher.exe ever since we introduced it, as do the steam and the ms store installers. Pinning blender on the taskbar is getting fixed, but that code isn't quite ready yet.
