I have an assignment for a class but for some reason this been happening to both shading tools.
I am wondering if it is my settings or something else.
Note: I have tried to add color, as well as change any settings. My teacher can see the color I added but I cannot.
Hi.
I'm not a developer but...
You have to put your pc specs so that the developers can help you, as well as atatch the file.
Please click on Help > Save System Info and upload saved file
Sorry for the late reply! I was out of town for the weekend but I did what you asked and it gave me the system info. Not sure if you also want the files to my work so I shall give you those as well.
Apologies for not knowing these stuffs, I am still pretty new to this.
Hello! I attached the file to my work if that is what you meant. I am pretty new to these types of stuff so my apologies! :)
@Laisha-Castillo
Don't worry we've all been new to everything at some point.
The file looks fine on my pc, it may be something related to your pc components or drivers, we'll see what the developers say.
@Confabulatori
Yeah its pretty weird because you are not the only one who stated that it is working fine on their side. If it does have something to do with my pc components or drivers, I must know before doing so.
Thank you for your help though! :)
@Confabulatori From system info I see that your GPU (integrated is used) is pretty old, but should be supported still. Try updating gpu driver. You can check previous Blender versions (2.8, 2.9, 3.0) too from https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/
The file works here too
@iss
Mine is the newest version but for some reason does not show up as theirs. By any chance it might be my computer system?
I don't understand what you mean by that. Can you clarify this?
@Laisha-Castillo Reading back messages, I got what you meant - there are bunch of issues with Intel integrated graphics, so if you still have issues I could imagine this being issue affecting others.
Do you still have these issues?
Now I see this is AMD GPU... Try to update GPU drivers and check if that resolves the issue.
No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
Thanks again for the report. If the problem persists please open a new report with the required information.
