Short description of error
When rendering with Eevee or using the Material Preview viewport shading, image texture .tga files render normally, but those .tga files which have a color palette fail to render correctly. They are shown in grayscale.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Attached is a blend file with two packed textures, one paletted, the other not. Note that they are visibly the same in the image editor.
