Hi, does this happen if you run blender from blender_factory_startup.cmd batch file?

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to reproduce the
error again. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them
to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).2019_12_04_upload_icon_developer_blender_org.png

As requested, I was successful to reproducing the error and I'm attaching the log files.

Thanks for the info. Log file has not captured anything.
I still suspect one of the installed add-on is causing the issue. Has this started to happen recently or since the installation of 3.4.1?

I just uninstalled and reinstalled blender and tried running it on default add-ons. It's still the same and very unpredictable. It work sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

One more thing this is happening since I bought this new AMD HP Mini PC. It was working fine on my old Intel Core2Duo PC.

Installed the latest graphic drivers from AMD too.

Thanks for the info. Looks like you've been using AMD leagacy drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-22-6-1-legacy
How much RAM/VRAM do you have?

Those are the latest according to the AMD website. I downloaded amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.3.2-minimalsetup-230322_web.exe from AMD which downloads 22.6.1 Legacy drivers.

Right now, I'm using 4GB (plan to upgrade to 16 or 32 GB).

Attaching the VRAM details.

Thanks for the info. System looks below minimum requirements.
8 GB of RAM and 2GB VRAM is needed to run recent blender versions: https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
AFAICS your system has 4GB RAM, 64MB VRAM (2GB shared).
