Mixing 2 Sky Texture Nodes with different values no longer working in World Node Editor #106349

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19044-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 528.49

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.5.0, branch: blender-v3.5-release, commit date: 2023-03-29 02:56, hash: 1be25cfff18b
Worked: (3.4.1)

Short description of error
I usually mix together 2 sky textures, one with a larger sun to add soft edges to the shadows. This technique is no longer working correctly. If both sky nodes have the exact same values then it seems to work fine, but as soon as you change the size value or rotation or something in one of the sky nodes, then the sun light in the scene goes out completely.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In the world node editor. Add 2 sky textures connected to a mix-color node, set to mix at .5, and plug into the background color as usual. If both sky textures are identical the sunlight appears in scene. Change one of the sky texture nodes by increasing the sun size. The sunlight in the scene disappears.
