Short description of error
scrolling in the rendered image (image editor after F12) got slower!

one thing that I noticed, while cycles rendering the image, the scrolling is fast
but the moment the render is done, it becomes slow.

eevee on the other hand is slow since the render is "instantaneous".

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Did not see such report, also don't see reference to bad commit. I suggest to merge to this one then.
