I just updated to the latest version of blender 3.5, and whenever I try to open the software it keep closing up on me I don’t understand why.

Restarting the system did not work. i uninstalled the software and installed it back on.

I have Hp window 10. intel core i7vPro

We need more information on this otherwise we can't determine what's wrong with the program. Please try to start the program in the console and see if there are any outputs.

i uninstalled the software, restart my system and reinstalled it back still the same issue.

Please delete C:\Users\[Your Name]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\[#version]\config\ and restart. Without any info we can't really determine what's wrong with your setup.

There's not enough system information to determine whether this is caused by graphics issue. Blender 3.5 upped the OpenGL minimum requirement, that's very likely what's happening.
