UV Unwrapping Glitched #106841

My model's UV Unwrap keeps messing up and clumping vertices around the 4 corners of the 2D viewport. It appears that the unwrap is making multiple faces a huge square and are not forming proper UV islands.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

The problem can simply be recreated by selecting my model (Mainbody V2), Going into Edit Mode, and clicking 'Unwrap' in the UV editing window. Doing the same thing in Blender Version 3.1 works just fine, and yields proper UV islands.

Have you tried actually selecting all (or however many you would like to be unwrapped) UVs in the UV Editor prior?

Selection is now taken into acount, see #78394 / c0e4532331.

The UV unwrap was intended for the entire mesh, so I did select all vertices to be unwrapped.

The first Screenshot shows the messed up UVs. If you look closely they are all there, but most of them have formed into squares that take up the entire 2D Viewport, and I've even moved a few corners to show this. (Note: Trying to unwrap the UVs again doesnt change their position, same with smart UV project. Doing UV > Reset then Unwrapping makes little change to the UVs.)

The Second screenshot shows what the UVs should look like.

Doesnt look like all are selected in the UV Editor.
If I do that, my unwrap is just like your screenshot from 3.1

Alright, I just tried selecting the UVs and did get the right results.
