Broken: 3.5
Worked: 3.3.4

Short description of error
When I click the render preview and material preview mode the software shut off.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Click on the render preview and material preview mode on the Blender 3.5 stable version.

Hi, thanks for the report. From present info I suspect issue you're observing is same as #106278
