The "Optix Ambient Occlusion Kernel loading Failure" has returned #107311

2 years ago this bug was occuring on the Nvidia 496.13 driver. this bug has returned with the 530.41.03 driver (at least for us on archlinux)

System Information
Operating system: EndeavourOS Linux x86_64
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 530.41.03 Driver - Cuda 12.1

Blender Version
Broken: 2.93 - 3.5 (includes 3.3LTS, 3.4, and 2.93LTS)
Worked: N/A

Short description of error
Attempting to render any shader that includes ambient occlusion will cause blender to lock up its render kernels
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
create material, add mix shader between principaled bsdf and material output, plug ambient occlusion into factor on mix shader, switch from material preview to rendered, or render an image. Kernels freeze, blender is still responsive but shows no rendered output.

below is an example file of an object i made with materials like this

I realize this is a problem on nvidia's side, I am reporting this bug non-the-less. I would hope a workaround could be made to fix this issue.
