This appears to be a fedora build of blender is this reproducible with the builds from www.blender.org ?
using the current download for Linux from blender.org (3.5.1) the problem exists the same way
just tested on a laptop using Intel 7500U Processor: here the Problem does not appear
OS on the Laptop is Fedora, too. Both systems are fully updated
It's perhaps an AMD/Mesa driver issue then -- especially if it's taking down your OS.
Did Blender ever work correctly on that AMD device? If so, when did it stop working?
that could be an issue. All other applications, including steam games, freeCad and gpu stress test (http://www.Geeks3D.com/GpuTest/) worked without any problems.
Blender was installed on Fedora 37, there no issues occurred, but is was not used really. Only now it was actually used the first time and this behaviour came up.
the following mesa packages are installed (dnf list --installed | grep mesa):
mesa-dri-drivers.i686 23.0.2-2.fc38 @updates
mesa-dri-drivers.x86_64 23.0.2-2.fc38 @updates

There was a similar issue in #106560. Try updating to Mesa 23.0.3 and see if that resolves the problem.
After recent Update of Fedora the Problem seems to be resolved.
Mesa seems to have been updated during this update, too.
So the Problem probably was Mesa 23.0.2
