System Information
Operating system: macOS-13.3.1-x86_64-i386-64bit 64 Bits
Graphics card: Metal API AMD Radeon Pro 580 1.2
Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.5.1, branch: blender-v3.5-release, commit date: 2023-04-24 18:11, hash:
e1ccd9d4a1d3
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
In blender 3.5, Edge Crease in 3D view isn't overlaid.
Is it replaced with Vertex Crease?
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I can't reproduce the issue even with the exact same version
3.5.1, branch: blender-v3.5-release, commit date: 2023-04-24 18:11, hash: e1ccd9d4a1d3
.Not sure if it can be a problem with Metal.
Unable to reproduce either on Windows.

Thank you for your comments and info.
Trying "Load Factory Preferences" didn't solve the problem.
Maybe it is not a bug but an issue in my environment.
If anyone else has the same problem, please comment.
I have same issue with blender-3.5.1-macos-arm64 (installed and reinstalled). Instead of pink line it show thicker line (image attached).
Checked Creases option in:
In Blender 3.1.2 arm works good
MacOS Monterey v 12.6.3
Chip: M1 Pro 16GB
That's the same issue.
An Armature (Display as "Stick") isn't also overlaid and show thicker line in Edit Mode.
I wonder why?
On MacOS, when the GPU Backend is selected as "Metal", the color of the edge crease is dark. OpenAL is no problem
Thank you sooooo much!
Problem solved.
I'm glad I asked for help here!
Unfortunately, OpenAL has very slow performance compared to Metal.
Thanks for your kindness.
I'll actually try it out and use it differently.
Even a new PC has the same problem.
I cannot even select OpenGL with Blender 4.1alpha.
I wonder if the developers have looked here.
How can this comment reach the developer?
OpenGL support for blender on Mac has been removed during 4.0 development, see:
