Short description of error
I'm a developer of Zen UV, Zen Sets add-on, and all icons in my add ons are not loaded

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Install TestPreview add-on in Blender 3.6.0
TestPreview.zip
Open Previews Example Panel

Result:
Custom icon is not seen and I see in console the message libpng error: cHRM: Read error: hit end of file

P.S. On previous Blender versions this png file is loaded correctly

This is actually a duplicate of #107212 and I have a fix out for it now, just waiting on code review. I'll mark this as a duplicate but feel free to subscribe to the other one for notifications on when it's fixed.

It seems fine here - see below. Are you able to try on a Windows/Linux machine at all by chance? You can also try the following:

Go to your HOME directory and look for a .thumbnails directory
You can delete the entire directory and restart blender (It's just a cache of some images that would be regenerated if they're required again)
See if things work after that
