Short description of error
When rendering a fast transforming armature with a glass shader (I think refraction is the problem as it only occurs on the backfaces of objects), with motion blur enabled, I get artifacts. Artifacts appear on edges of object. This is only noticeable when the camera flies with approximately the same speed as the object so there is no motion blur on the glass.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Use the attached blend file and hit render at the marked position, or:

  1. Create an object with a glass material on it (no roughness!).
  2. Create an armature for this object with one root bone and one that transforms the object.
  3. Animate the bone for the object with high speed (15 Units per second).
  4. Create a camera that follows the object with approximately the same speed (so you don't get motion blur on the glass).
  5. Add some lights to the scene.
  6. Hit render with motion blur enabled.
