Blender Version newest 3.5.1 macOS Apple Silicon

Yesterday I modeled a hand and wanted to try the hair shader but the first blender force quit 3 times which freaked me out because it was not a heavy scene then I refreshed the MacBook and download the Newest 3.5.1 blender and it solved the problem, meanwhile this process the machine worked silently.
After all, I started to render with cycles as I saw in a very good hair tutorial but it killed my MacBook and I was so disappointed. The machine screeched, it worked as loudly as my 15-year-old Asus laptop and the bottom of the laptop was incredibly hot.
Then I set back the samples for 1000 but it gives the same issue.
I tried again and again hoping it was just an unique situation but MacBook all the time sounds frightening and gets very warm.
I am so so embittered because I saved money for such a machine for 4 years, I hope this is just an easy-fis issue... but I can't find any comforting article about this problem.
I don't want to believe this hard specs machine can't handle this tiny hand 3D.
I attached a video of the sound and the blender project file with the used HDRI map.

Please submit a new report and carefully follow the instructions. Be sure to provide system information, Blender version, the last Blender version which worked, and a .blend file with exact steps to reproduce the problem.
Also, try to minimize the overheating factors of the computer and other things that are difficult to reproduce. It is better to contact the service center with these problems.

Hi, bit confused about the exact issue you're reporting here.

Are you experiencing crash when rendering an image? If so, I'm not able to replicate this locally
