Like the title says.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Add another scene.
Add any video with audio to the sequencer.
Add some cuts. delete some cut strips and remove the gaps between them.
Select and copy-paste the strips into the other scenes sequencer.

Seems like this is due to difference in scene FPS rate.
I will try to find solution for 3.6, but long term solution would be #105620 which should go in 4.0

This happens also with audio only Sound strips. The duration and the content of the copied strips is wrong.
