Yes, i see bad geometry. But how we can reproduce this from scratch?

ps: C4d is working good, and all games I play are good.
Bevel works well at the first time( before step 7 )

Humm for me in 3.5.1 / 3.6 / 4.0 I can keep dragging the bevel handle and it will not crash the second time I drag it.
@Right-SUN The "error" you said, is it for program crashing, or geometries becoming "messy"? Looks to me it's more of a natural result of bevel operation, the depth is too far so it overstretched the geometry.

Yes, that is it.
So, this
unlimited bevel
is a feature not a bug ? But I've never seen any 3d software like it. They all seem to have some limitations, and we also don't need this unlimited tool@Right-SUN In that case, you could bevel one time and turn on "Clamp Overlap", This way it will stop when the bevel reaches the limit on the geometry.
Will close this report as this isn't really a bug. But feel free to discuss further.
