Hi, as @mod_moder said it could be related with that report. But this error may appear due to various factors. Could you share .blend file in which the error triggers on rendering?

I have the same problem described here, but it only appears when I use "Light tree", rendering in nvidia GPU (GTX 1050 Ti), and only in some frames; any version from 3.51 to 4.0 Alpha shows the error. In the attached file, frames 27833 and 27846 are some of them.
I've tried all the tips I found on the subject, including putting the whole scene inside some volume, updating nvidia drivers from 525.105.17 to 530.41.03, etc.
I hope this helps.

@EdivaldoPereira , can confirm in your file. But this error is caused due to various reasons.
In your case, system ran out of memory during render. I'd suggest to open a new report for it.
