Short description of error
Pressing right-click doesn't cancel 3D viewport navigation operations like Move view3d.moveor Rotate view3d.rotate view as advertised on c81e6d3ff3

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
On a default installation of Blender 4.0 alpha use the middle mouse button to rotate (orbit) or move (pan) the view
According to c81e6d3ff3 commit description pressing right click should cancel the operation but it doesn't seem to be working

I tried manually setting any other key for view3d.rotate modal Cancel but non other than default Escape work.

Is this considered a bug?

Since this was committed by @ideasman42 on c81e6d3ff3 I assume this would be your turf.

Sorry for the ping, not sure if this is to be considered a bug, but I had difficulty finding the mentioned commit, and found no place where to ask feedback or inquire about the feature.
