Using Cycles as the render engine.

Short description of error
When exporting a test scene to USD format and then importing from the .usdc file, information about the scene is lost or changed unexpectedly. The power of a point light source is decreased by a factor of 100, i.e. a light with power 1000W or 2000W initially will have only 10W or 20W respectively after exporting to USD and then re-importing. Principled BSDF materials have their Transmission, Anisotropic and Anisotropic Rotation properties reset to 0, and their Emission color reset to black. Glass BSDF and Emission materials get reset to a default white diffuse material without nodes, or any options other than the Diffuse Color.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the .blend file. E.g. File -> Open -> palette.blend
Export everything to a .usdc file. E.g. File -> Export -> Universal Scene Description (.usd*)
Open a new, empty workspace. E.g. File -> New -> General, Keyboard "A" [select all], Keyboard "Delete" [delete selection]
Import the .usdc file that was created. E.g. File -> Import -> Universal Scene Description (.usd*)
