Short description of error
When loading an asset that hidden, muted or excluded, either directly or from a parent collection, have a strange status within tweak mode. it's not in tweak mode but are partly visible. Also the action that was inside the strip that was in tweak mode, is now the active action outside of tweak mode as well.
I tried to reproduce this issue also with just a basic cube and it didn't happen. It seems to happen only with linked armatures.
This issue happens also when reloading the linked asset from the outliner
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Unzip and load the attached file Tweakmode_hidden_asset
You can already see that the nla strip is not green, but partly visible, I don't know what is this status
press tab twice to go in and out of tweak mode. you can see there is now the active action on top of the nla, which wasn't there before, overriding the whole nla layer stack.
To reproduce this:
you can see again that there is the strange status for tweak mode.
-This can happen also if you just go in the outliner to 'Blender File' and reload the 'SantaHelper_toLink.blend' file
If you write C.object.animation_data.use_tweak_mode in the python console then it says it's turned off.
go out of tweak mode (or whatever status it's now) and you can see that the action is again loaded as an active action.
I think this is because animation_data.action is both for active action and tweak mode, so there is some confusion.
ok, this seemed to be fixed on Blender 3.6
I need to start doing all the tests on Beta.
I guess case closed...
