auto save not working, addons missing that arent missing, lock interface not working #109308

System Information
Operating system: Nobara Linux with KDE plasma wayland
Graphics card:Geforce RTX 2070

Blender Version
Broken: 3.5.1
Worked: My projects seems to incompatible with previous versions so havent tested it

Short description of error
auto save doesnt auto save majority of the time and only ever autosaves one file and only keeps one autosave file meaning if i switch projects it will overwrite that file. It randomly works and randomly doesnt.

Addons are missing even after downloading from the official site and this goes for 3.5.1 3.5 and 3.3. Ive tried flatpaks and the steam version but nothing seem to work.

lock interface causes render crashes for scenes that arent even heavy, and says its out of memory. Even tho it didnt even use all my memory and it renders perfectly fine and fast without it. Ive tried this on multiple projects same thing happens.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open blender go to preferences and click addons.

Turning on auto save

Rendering with lock interface enabled.

Please report each issue separately. otherwise I can't assign this to particular developers to work on.
That said, I doubt I would be able to reproduce any of these issues easily. I saw some report with autosave feature misbehaving, other issues I assume would be platform specific, so please provide as much detailed info as you can.
