System Information
Operating system: Windows
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6470M

Blender Version 2.9
Broken: (example: 2.90, edbf15d3c0, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

When i try to save a node preset, and add through the shortcut 'Shift + A' in the shador editor, the error message is "FileNotFoundError: network path not found.."

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Activate node preset in the addon edit-preferences
Create node group in the shador editor
Try adding same node group through Shift + A in the shador editor, from where the error message occurs

Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Hi, please submit this report at add-ons repository: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender-addons/issues

Also check whether issue persists in recent blender releases. 2.90 is not maintained anymore: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
