Short description of error
Motion Blur doesn't work properly with Geometry Nodes instances.
As shown in the rendered video, the motion blur seems to give weird results, the motion trails of the instanced particles from the Geometry Nodes (and Simulation Nodes) setup don't seem to follow their direction properly.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Thanks for the report. I can confirm.
Okay, this not a bug. First: Geometry Nodes use ID attribute as way to define each unique element for procedurally-animated geometry. So motion blur interpolate elements with the same ID value. But as i know this work only for point cloud domain. I might do not know a many things about render eevee / cycles (and why eevee are work correct, but cycles not work). But as i see (see attached my video), your geometry even not correct for unique IDs. I not sure about instances domain and other potential limitation, but multiple elements with the same ID - is just autor mistake.
Thank you for the reply. Scratched my head a bit and got it working!
Basically used the Set ID node to give instances a fixed ID.
Although I would like to report that the Distribute Points on Faces automatically gives weird ID numbers, as reported here too #103325.
Here is the fixed version for anybody who needs it:

This not related, didn't deep into your node tree, but think you just duplicate points...
