Unable to replicate on buildbot version. Only build from source code is triggering the crash.
For the ones who can reproduce: are you all on 17.0+ MSVC ?

Yes, #112616 resolves the crash
I just update MSVC to the latest 17.7.4 version, build the blender from source still not working, and crash anyway.
