Pixalate node in realtime compositor breaks all affects after itself. #113033

In the node tree if using a pixelated node with scale nodes to get the pixel art effect all of the nodes after it, like blur etc. will appear to be working in the pixilated resolution, basically before the pixelation not after. I used to think this is how it works with the pixelation node but it appears to only be an issue in the real-time preview.
