Short description of error
Gap between ground object and shadows when F12 rendered.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Basic 3 planes : 1 is ground, 2 vertical ones cross the ground, so no space can be between shadow and ground. But here, we can see a space between ground and walls.
The preview from camera is OK, the error appears only when F12

This is a limitation of Eevee documented here: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/render/eevee/lighting.html#shadows

You will need to adjust the Light settings a bit to get a better results. However, this will be dependent on camera angles, object sizes, and other lighting effects so tweaking in each scene is most likely necessary to get good results:
