Operating system:windows 10
Graphics card:RTX 4080

Blender Version
Broken:3.6.5
Worked: All versions when creating a new blender file

Short description of error
The button of adjusting a cube when create the cube do not show all of it.
This is the screen shot:

and every buttons there will all not work.
i don`t know how does that happened

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
i have no idea how does this error happened.and it is fixed when i create a new file so i can`t reproduce the error

Here is the blender file attached:
Maybe i somehow opened some options but i can not fix the problem and i can not create a new file leave the problem file along since it`s really complex to move all my work to a new file.
Please help me!

Hi, I suspect the file was saved at some point in 4.0. In such case, bug is fixed already in 3.6.6: #114536 / e0492754fe
Please wait until 3.6.6 is released

Fix is only executed when opening a file that is last saved in 4.0: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/src/branch/blender-v3.6-release/source/blender/blenloader/intern/versioning_400.cc#L136
Your file error.blend is saved in 3.6
To fix the bug, First save again error.blend in 4.0 then reopen in 3.6.6
