EEVEE : Surfels density broken (Blender 4.1) #115457

System Information
Operating system: WIN 11 23H2
Graphics card: RTX 2060 6GB

Blender Version
Broken: 4.1 ALPHA

When your have a scene with a multiple elements and some elements are big and small, you need to bake your light (With probe volume) for giving more realistic light content, but when your enter into debug surfels (ID 4 and 5 and 6 i use ID 6 for better visualization for my part in debug menu) you can see some surfels elements aren"t corretly sized ... So for get around this problem i want push up the surfels density ! But when you pass the value after 1.300F everything goes white in the scene
And is strange on flat surface the density works ALMOST CORRECTLY(There are still big failures even for flate surface)... But on other surface no

As you can see in the in the Tea-pot image the surfels are correctly positionned in the mesh.... But in blender no, something goes wrong

Can confirm.

Seems to have gotten worse even, in current main (3261508e82) it only results in pure white, no matter what density

This might have been cause by the same issue we fixed a few days ago. @Donovane can you still reproduce?
