Blender Version
Broken: 249c8b0e6b

Short description of error
The latest nightly crashes during startup, default startup does not resolve it. Reverting back to blender-4.1.0-alpha+main.fb5d03b5baae-windows.amd64-release.zip stops the crash.

Start blender with blender.exe --factory-startup
