Worked: (before I started this Project a few days ago... no Blender version has changed since then. It just appeared mid-project..?)

Short description of error
The glare node is glitching out and giving me some white artifacts
I tried to see if it was because the Emission strength was too high (as seen in the video)
Thanks to everyone in advance for the help

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Render Frame 54 in the attached file and see the results happen in real time after the compositor glare is applied

Update: When enabling the Screen Space Reflections in the EEVEE settings, the problems seem to disappear.

Is this still an issue? or can this one be closed. I am not able to see the glitches on my system (Linux/AMD)

Hi, I can still confirm. But this do not happen after saving file in newer versions (i.e. saving file in 4.1 will not trigger the bug in 3.6).
I'll see if I can narrow down to the culprit commit, I wasn't able to repro with lite builds.

@PratikPB2123 Can you provide a lossless EXR image of the source render before compositing is applied? Because I can't reproduce myself, maybe you get a different render.

This is not a compositing issue. The render result contains two clumps of pixels that have very high values, as in, 19 digit high values, which when convolved produces those white regions. Tagging the EEVEE module instead.

I still can repro this in 4.1 after saving.

The issue is the PrincipledBSDF closure returning NaN radiance.
I've been able to track it up to the out_Glossy_1.radiance in the dielectric closure_eval, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the closure_eval_lib.
