Short description of the issue
The URLs for Files in the Python documentation point to a broken URL dir starting with "https://projects.blender.org/blender/...".
These URLs are used to link to specific files in the Blender source code.

The error seems to be in the file sphinx_doc_gen.py.

Release builds should link to the release branches:
https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender-addons/src/branch/blender-v4.0-release/io_mesh_stl/__init__.py#L97in this case, I can check on this when back from holidays.
