Broken: version: 4.1.0 Alpha, branch: main, commit date: 2023-12-20 00:36, hash: 6007838bb248
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
[Boolean Union creates extra topology on flat interections of planes this leads to realy slow working or crashing when using more objects to join with union with dense topology also in sculpting becuse this exact algorytm is in use in sculpting brushes]

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[ 1. Turn on visibility of topology wireframe on wievport overlays,
2. Duplicate cube and move on x and y axes without Z axes, use Boolean Union exact mode but not applay it , start rotating one of cubes on z axes to the point of visibility of new topology comes up,
3 even apply rotation do not fix problem before apply modifier.]

** My solution on Blender Scene 001

This bolean bug is from begining when Howard Trickey wrote it and was never fixed.

add to that - if you see bad result but boolean is not apply then try to move one cube and place in different spot slowly... that also afect difrent reults. Regards

Yea this is similar report and it is bad result by bad boolean modifier code. So more people see it . Thanks
