Hi, can you identify the add-on that raises the CPU usage during undo operation. Don't think that's a bug in blender since many add-ons are likely involved here. Does this happen in particular mode? (edit/sculpt, etc.)
Do you have large asset libraries?

I am not sure that this problem is due to the installation of the plug-in. The 3.6.5 version installed the same plug-in and did not have this problem.
There is no such problem with newly installed software, but after several plug-ins are installed, the problem persists after all plug-ins are uninstalled, that is to say, this problem only occurs if the plug-in is not installed during a fresh installation.
I have a lot of repository resources, but in version 3.6.5, the same repository is used, and there is no problem.
My CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

repository resources?

So from your observation CPU usage is high when plugins are not installed? Can you quickly verify the problem with factory settings?: File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings
If problem does not occur with factory settings, one of the add-on is likely to blame

The problem of restoring factory settings has been solved. I will try to find out which plug-in caused the problem.Thank you.

Thanks. If culprit add-on is part of blender installation then please report this at: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender-addons/issues

Otherwise contact add-on maintainer of 3rd party add-on
Closing.

After testing for the past few days, I found that the problem here does not seem to be caused by the plug-in. It is due to loading my custom repository, and repeated testing several times. After loading the repository and restarting the software, occurs when the undo operation causes the software's CPU share to reach 100% . After uninstalling the repository and restarting the software, the problem is resolved. In particular, I have a large repository, about 20GB, but this did not occur with 3.6.5 or earlier.
