Blender Version
Broken: 4.0.2 and 3.6.7
Worked: N/A

Short description of error
Rigid body simulations seems broken with command line rendering

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

blender --background newton_cradle_NO_BASE.blend --debug --render-frame 1..100 --render-output "/tmp"
blender --background newton_cradle_NO_BASE.blend --debug -a --render-output "/tmp"

  • missing Animation

compare both to rendered in blender directly
