Brushes change erratically depending on the location of mesh in relation to the world origin #117312

Graphics card:1080gtx

Blender Version
Broken: 4.02 and 4.0 and 3.6.4
Worked: I don't know I didn't went to further down the line
in versions but it seems its an old bug that has gotten
unnoticed.

Short description of error
There is a change of behavior in the crease brush and maybe other brushes as I noticed
the move brush also was behaving weirdly when you sculpt on a model that is very far
away from the world origin.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create a sphere then use a create brush with pinch all the way to the maximum and sharper as the
falloff shape, the first sphere needs to be at the world origin, the sculpt brush should behave as
expected, and cut the shape while pinching it.
Next create a sphere and move it very very far away on the x axis to the right and I mean a lot,
in my example file I moved the sphere 2151.92 m to the right.
The brush will not behave as expected, there as weird steeping occurring on the brush stroke,
and the cursor and the brush point of contact have a separation.
