Short description of error
In the edge mode of the UV editor, selecting opposite edges will result in the entire face being selected.and the model's faces is also selected along (not edges).
This is a counterintuitive error behavior; normally, it should only select the corresponding edges on the model so that it can be coordinated with other operations, such as "Checker Deselect".
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the UV editor, and select either a pair of opposite edges or a series of adjacent edges by using the box selection.
