Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When using a operator that call the filebrowser, no repo panel will be available. It will not pop up and it can't be summoned with the F9 shortcut.
It turns out that the "select file via filebrowser" function doesn't use the correct steps for this even when there should be a redo panel.
A simple example is when you add strips in the VSE.
If you drag and drop file in, you get a redo panel. However if you add them with "shift+a", you will not get any redo panels.
Fixing this issue might make the redo panel appear in certain places where it is unexpected, so we have to double check that we don't get any unwanted redo panels appearing after fixing this issue.
